So, my darlingsister looked at the organization option I tried out yesterday and hated it -- I suspect I would have too. More fluff than function. Not what I need. So, instead she suggested I try this one . . . and wow! At first glance it seems awesome. I'll give it a try and see how it does for me. Their free account has a reasonable number of options for tryingit out. Seems great. Fingers crossed!

(I also love the idea of emailing to do items to the backpack rather than to my email! :) Seems less nerdy somehow! -- ah self-delusion, how I love thee! :)

Dream your best life

I'm always looking for tools I can use from home and work if I need to -- this "life list" thing[Click!]. might be a good one. Not sure it would be much better than 43 Things [Click!] but perhaps it will be helpful. Anyway, just thought I'd give it a try! What would be really nice is an online to do list that I could use from both place. I've solved the calendar thing-- usingMac OS X and iCal works great for our day-to-day stuff and coordinating my schedule with Mr Wonderful's. Then for the school, I have been usingTrumba [Click!] which is a GREAT service -- well worth paying for BUT they give it free to teachers! Awesome!

So, I'll continue plugg ingaway at gettingorganized, stayingorganized, and makingall this work! :)

ps. back up a pound this morning-- hmmmm. Must have been the six bites of ice cream I had last night. Of course, since it was Marianne's ice cream [Click!] -- probably worth it! :)

Sheesh! Too much to do . . .

Well, life is insane. Tomorrow real life beg ins again -- school, teaching, parenting. Vacation has been so nice but today it ends.

Here is what I NEED to accomplish today.

- laundry room tidy up

- finish cleaning my bathroom
- finish felted purse
- add buttons to purple bigshirt
- re-org my closet
- put diningroom to rights
- grade writingpapers
- visit classroom and get organized for next week
- pay bills
- filing- at least 1 hour of filing today
